S̺elà Koyæ Mîze (/ˈs̺elə/ /ˈkojæ/ [young] [tree; plant; shrub]) is a subtropical Town located in Gutanove County, Gæchà Dîrîdî Empire, within the Warrenese Shogunate.

The name S̺elà Koyæ Mîze is derived from the Wareneese language, as S̺elà Koyæ Mîze was founded by Fyeshë Èdsèbmë, who was culturaly Wareneese.

Climate

S̺elà Koyæ Mîze has a yearly average temperature of 15°C (59°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 6°C (42°F). Overview

S̺elà Koyæ Mîze was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1290, by Fyeshë Èdsèbmë. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Fyeshë Èdsèbmë.

S̺elà Koyæ Mîze was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and S̺elà Koyæ Mîze is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

S̺elà Koyæ Mîze is is constructed arround a series of broad canals mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. S̺elà Koyæ Mîze's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Unfortuantly, these monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around S̺elà Koyæ Mîze gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.

S̺elà Koyæ Mîze's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
